Jennifer has over 30 years experience working with communities, businesses and organisations, most of it in the Bay of Plenty. Her favourite roles focus on building relationships, using creativity, facilitation skills, strong communication skills, to encourage those with disparate views to a compromise that works for everyone. She works where she is passionate about the mahi and has the ability to energise others.
Jennifer has worked in sustainability, economic development, project management and has a strong industry and community knowledge throughout the Bay of Plenty.
Mary-Jane is a change management expert and has worked with several large organisations in various roles associated with change and/or training in both New Zealand and South Africa. With a degree in Psychology, MJ brings a wealth of experience in helping people to strive for more and is quick to understand organization needs and priorities.

Emma has 20 years’ experience working in marketing, strategy, project management and communications in New Zealand and internationally. She has worked across a wide variety of industries on both agency and client-side giving her the ability to step back and see the bigger picture before drilling down into the details. Having worked in the social and commercial sectors, Emma uses her broad knowledge base to work collaboratively with her clients to deliver positive outcomes.
